Rental terms
1. The house and its capacity
The rental concerns Le Louvanto, Lieu-dit Les Manceaux in Bonnes. Maximum capacity is 15 guests, including children. The 4 bedrooms sleep 13; a double sofa bed on the mezzanine sleeps 2. The three-seater sofa is not additional sleeping accommodation.
2. Enquiry and confirmation
The calculator provides an estimate. Selectable dates do not guarantee availability. Sandrine and Fabrice check each enquiry and provide the contract and payment arrangements. An enquiry, a prepared email or an acknowledgement does not confirm your stay. Final confirmation follows owner approval and verification of the requested payment.
3. Prices and inclusions
Prices include beds made on arrival, one bath sheet and one hand towel per guest, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax. The season containing the most nights determines the entire stay’s price; ties use the more expensive season. Checkout is not counted as a night.
4. Stay length
The minimum stay is 2 nights. When July–August is the dominant season, stays run Saturday to Saturday in full weeks. Detailed rules appear on the Rates & booking page.
5. Deposit and balance
More than 30 days before arrival, the requested deposit is 30% of the stay price. The 70% balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. At 30 days or less, 100% is requested. No payment is required when making an enquiry. The payment method is agreed with the owners. The balance is not automatically debited.
6. Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: all amounts paid are refunded. From 30 days before arrival to arrival day: a refund of 50% of the total stay price. For a no-show, 100% remains due. For a partially paid stay, the applicable amount must be specified in writing before you commit. Requests are assessed against the contract and payments actually received.
7. Security deposit
A €1,500 cheque is provided on arrival and is normally not cashed. Return is planned within 7 days after departure, subject to damage or outstanding amounts. Inspection arrangements and evidence for deductions are set out in the contract.
8. Arrival and departure
Check-in from 4 pm; check-out before 10 am, unless agreed otherwise with the owners in advance.
9. House rules
No pets. No smoking indoors. Respect the peaceful hamlet, neighbours and maximum capacity. The secured pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.
