Responsibility and purposes
Sandrine and Fabrice Baron process information needed to reply to your enquiry, prepare your stay and manage correspondence. Rental enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a contract; stay administration relies on performance of the contract and applicable legal duties. Service security helps prevent abusive access.
Information requested
The stay form asks for your dates, guest count, first and last name and email. Phone and message are optional. The contact form asks for your name and email. We need contact details to reply. Do not include card numbers, identity documents or sensitive information in messages.
How your enquiry is delivered
When the button says “Prepare my email”, your details compose a message in your mail app. You must send it yourself: the website does not send it or save it in the booking register. If the form offers direct submission, it explicitly reports whether the request was saved in the private Wix workspace. The details are then transmitted to handle your request, along with its date and your acknowledgement.
Recipients and providers
Sandrine and Fabrice Baron receive your enquiries. Wix hosts the site and, when integrated submission is used, provides private storage and notification delivery. Senders’ and recipients’ mail services handle emails. These providers publish their own data protection information, including processing locations and safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
Correspondence is retained as needed to handle and follow up your enquiry. If a stay is booked, records needed for the contract, legal duties or a dispute are retained for those purposes. Retention therefore depends on the type of record and the outcome of the enquiry. Form contact details are not saved in browser local storage.
Cookies and external websites
Form and sign-in security use technical cookies described on the Cookies page. The site code does not load Google Analytics, advertising trackers or an embedded map. External websites’ rules apply when you open their links.
Your rights
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email lelouvanto@gmail.com. Depending on the processing, you may also request restriction, object or exercise data portability rights. Certain duties may require records to be retained. You can lodge a complaint with the French CNIL.
