Sandrine and Fabrice handle cancellation requests personally, under your contract. Refunds are not automatic.
Cancelling a stay
Email Sandrine and Fabrice with your reference and stay dates. They will review your request and reply in writing.

| When you cancel | Proposed rule |

| More than 30 days before arrival | All amounts paid are refunded. |
| From 30 days before arrival to arrival day | A refund of 50% of the total stay price. For a partially paid stay, ask for the applicable amount to be confirmed in writing before committing. |
| No-show | 100% of the stay price remains due. |
Refund amount and timing
The amount will be checked against the applicable contract and payments actually received. Outstanding sums, the 50% clause, processing times and refund method must be confirmed in the final terms. The site does not promise instant refunds.
Bookings made through a platform
For a booking made on Airbnb, Abritel or Booking.com, use your account on that platform and the terms attached to that booking.
