July and August: Saturday to Saturday, in full weeks when summer is the dominant season.
How your stay is priced
From 2 to 7 nights
For 2 nights from Friday to Sunday, the weekend rate applies. Any other 2-night stay is prorated: weekly rate ÷ 7 × 2. From 3 to 6 nights, the price increases progressively between the weekend and weekly rates.
Price = weekend + (nights − 2) × (week − weekend) ÷ 5
More than a week
Each full week uses the weekly rate. For the remaining nights: 1 adds 50% of the weekend rate; 2 use the weekend rate only for Friday to Sunday, otherwise the prorated weekly rate; 3 to 6 use the progressive rate. A one-night stay cannot be booked.
A stay across seasons
The season containing the most nights determines the whole stay’s price. Ties use the more expensive season. July and August form one season. If it is dominant, stays run Saturday to Saturday in full weeks.

30% deposit after owner approval. 70% balance, 30 days before arrival. Arrival in 30 days or less: 100% after owner approval.
Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: all amounts paid are refunded. From 30 days before arrival to arrival day: a refund of 50% of the total stay price. No-show: 100% remains due.
